Receptionist Kristi Navarro is one of the first points of contact for Dr. Ramos’ patients. Her warm personality and a commitment to excellent patient care ensure every patient feels welcome and supported from the moment they reach out to Dr. Ramos’ practice.
With 22 years of experience in the medical field, Kristi has developed a deep understanding of women’s health and administrative duties. For the past 9 months, she has been an integral part of Dr. Ramos's team, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, and efficiently scheduling appointments.
Before joining Dr. Ramos's practice, Kristi served as an office manager at another OBGYN clinic. Her prior experience has given her valuable insights into the specific needs and demands of the field. She particularly enjoys working with mothers and babies, finding fulfillment in providing support and assistance during this important phase in women’s lives.
